The 10th Annual Lift Mo' 4 Your Bro at Meade CrossFit was a day full of heart, sweat, and mustaches ...
all in support of men’s health awareness and community spirit. This gym, run by Jeremy & PeeJay Lawson, represents more than just fitness; it’s a family.
I was honored to donate my time and camera to capture this WOD, because even though past injuries and surgeries keep me from competing now,
being able to document the strength, joy, and camaraderie of these athletes means everything to me.
The costumes were hilarious, the effort was real, and the message was powerful: community and men’s health matter.
