I’m Renée, the photographer behind ninefifteenphoto, and I’ve been holding a camera since I was seven years old.

It all started with my grandma’s 110mm camera and one very questionable,

blurry photo, but it changed everything.

I’ve been hooked ever since.

Photography isn’t just my job. It’s how I connect, how I see people, and how I move through the world.

Fair warning, if I’m around, there’s probably a camera involved.

Mom Life, But Make It Loud

I’m a mom to two teenage boys who keep life loud, humbling, and endlessly entertaining. There is never a dull moment. Ever.

My House Is Basically a Zoo

I have two dogs who bring daily chaos. Nova is gentle and Waffle is a goblin. We love them both, but dont tell Waffle we love the equal, because she is peanut butter jelous.

We have three cats. Two orange ones. I love orange cats Sawdust and Battery. We have a non orange, that I didnt bring in the house. Her name is RK. Roadkill EisenHowler.

My Wardrobe Has a Theme

I live in wild leggings, love olives like it’s a personality trait, and talk really, really fast. All facts. No apologies.

If I photograph an event for you, I will not show up in wild leggings, fyi.

Yes, That’s His Real Name

I shoot Nikon, but yes, I have a son named Canon. This was not a branding decision.

Leap Day Energy

My other son was born on leap day, so he already has enough quirks without being named after a camera too.

Commitment Issues, But Make It Permanent

I have three camera tattoos, because commitment is real.

Originally from northern Ohio, I’ve called Kentucky home since 1998.

I Have a Bodyguard (Sort Of)

Just kidding. That’s my boyfriend, Robert. He comes along to a lot of shoots and helps keep things running smoothly. Bonus points for carrying gear and being a calming presence when needed.

I am genuinely scared of chickens. This is not a personality quirk, it’s a real fear. If chickens are involved in your session, please know it’s in the contract and we will need to plan accordingly.
